1. How can I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your item and size, click “Add to Cart,” and proceed to checkout.

2. Do you offer made-to-order designs?

Yes, some pieces may be ready for immediate delivery. If not, we produce them upon order.

Production usually takes 2 working days for simple styles, while detailed designs may require more time.

Feel free to message us on WhatsApp to confirm availability and delivery time.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We offer multiple options:
•Apple Pay
•Google Pay
•Tabby & Tamara (Buy now, pay later)
•Cash on Delivery (UAE only)
•Bank transfer via WhatsApp (UAE only)
Full payment is required upon ordering. Deposits are not accepted via the website.

4. How are orders delivered?

We use trusted courier services to deliver orders within the UAE and GCC.

You’ll receive shipping details and a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

For any updates, feel free to reach out via WhatsApp.

5. Can I order from outside the UAE?

Yes, international shipping is available to selected countries depending on courier availability.

6. Can I return or exchange an item?

No, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the exclusive, made-to-order nature of our designs.

7. How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

8. Do you have a physical store?

We currently operate online only.
